Class Setting

The Yoga Shala and office of MindBody Health are located in a residential setting.  The studio offers a garden setting with abundant windows and skylights.  The natural light and sounds of nature offer a unique yoga experience.  Classes are small to enhance the healing environment and provide quality, individualized instruction. 

Dress appropriately for class by wearing comfortable, layered clothing that is neither baggy nor revealing.  Remove socks and shoes before class.  Please use a yoga mat for your safety.  Mats and other props are available for your use in the studio.  Or, you may bring your own props if you wish.

For your comfort, refrain from eating a meal at least two hours prior to class.  Limit liquids and light snacks one hour prior to class and, if possible, refrain from drinking water during class.  Please do not chew gum, eat, or drink in the yoga studio.  Report existing health concerns or injuries before class, or immediately if the injury occurs during class.
